First, SprehnAthletics is for the average gym go'er to
the ardent gym go'er and CrossFitter. My main focus is to help those
looking to make a lifestyle change and really take to heart changing
their fitness through work and not “fad diets.”
The few services I provide here on SprehnAthletics are…

This site is a place you
can go to contact me about in person, personal training at
CrossFit7Cities in Silverdale. (Gym membership not needed to
train her with me). |

In personal
training we do everything from strength training you’d
do in a regular gym to crossfit training for those
individuals that look for that. |

I also go over the
CrossFit foundational movements for clients who are
interested in joining CF, but are nervous to do so. |

This site is a place you
can go to in order to utilize me as an online coach. |

I provide your gym
programming, be it for strength gains, weight loss or
corrective exercise. |

I give gym
nutrition advice to help you with your fitness journey. |

This site is a place you
can check out for any fitness tips that I put out 6 days a week

Here are a few things I don’t do as a part of SprehnAthletics:

I don’t write specific
meal plans. I have a nutrition certification but I am not an RDA
or dietician nor do I claim to be one. |

Iansfitclub is not an
ideal place for a professional bodybuilder or for those looking
for advice about going on stage. For info on this would require
the knowledge of my wife who held her bodybuilding pro card. |

3. |
For corrective exercises I
work with you on a case by case basis. Rarely do I turn anyone
away, but if your case is extreme then you may need a real
Physical Therapist or PTA. |
