First, I am passionate and supportive of all forms
of fitness. My personal bias is in forms of Crossfit, Olympic and power
lifting, bodybuilding style and outdoor mountain climbing. If your
passion is Zumba, step aerobics or aquatics then that too is fantastic!
I revolve my life and career around fitness. From CrossFit classes and
coaching them, competing locally in CrossFit and to hiking our numerous
peaks here is the Pacific Northwest. My wife is just as passionate about
fitness as she is an avid hiker, who I am constantly trying to keep up
with on inclines and has her pro bodybuilding card as well.
I am constantly learning and I have a Masters of Science Degree in Sport
Performance and Training. I have over 4,000 personal training hours and
I specialize in taking clients with injuries and helping them back to
functional capacity. Specifically, I work with clients with muscle
imbalances, hip injuries, low back injuries/ailments, knee injuries and
shoulder injuries.
There are thousands of places to go online for help, and many of them
are awesome. If you have tried others without success or if you stumbled
upon my page first here are my credentials that qualify me to help you.
